The research focused on 5 aspects of academic advising in our investigation :

Arrangement : Teachers and students views about the arrangement, administrative support, logistics and student/advisor ratio of current AA system in CUHK.

Barriers: Kind of difficulties and barriers the stakeholders faced in academic advising in CUHK.

Content: Topics discussed during the academic.

Definition: how did the stakeholders define “Academic advising”, their perspective, and common ground.

Evaluation: How did teachers and students evaluate their AA experience and providing recommendations for further evaluation for the betterment of academic advising
The study had interviewed and collected the information about the experience, feedbacks and suggestions from all stakeholders in the university e.g. from professors and students.
